    Les angiopathies amyloïdes cérébrales se caractérisent par la présence de dépôts
    protéiques dans la paroi des vaisseaux cérébraux. Leur présentation est variable,
    des formes asymptomatiques aux atteintes sévères de la paroi vasculaire. Elles sont
    souvent méconnues en l’absence d’examen anatomopathologique.
